Discover · Deliver · Control · Fix

# Packaging is just the beginning.

One application strategy. Any Windows workspace.

Packaging gets an app ready to deploy. It doesn't cover what you need to know before packaging, while it's being delivered, or after it's live — on a physical endpoint, a VDI session, or a Cloud PC. See in which areas your application management is costing your team.

Discover and Fix

The problem

## Four questions most IT teams can't answer yet

Packaging produces exactly one thing: a package that's ready to deploy. It doesn't tell you what you actually need to ship or who needs it, whether it reaches every platform the same way once it's delivered, who has access to it once it's live, or what happens when something breaks.

Discover

What do we have, who's using it, and where is the friction?

If the honest answer is "we're not entirely sure" — you're in the dark.

Deliver

How do we deliver the app independent of image and platform?

If every platform still needs its own package, that's not one strategy — that's four or five of them, run in parallel.

Control

Who gets what, when, and under what conditions?

If that answer lives in a script somewhere instead of a policy, you've lost the ability to change it safely.

Fix

What's happening right now, and how do we intervene immediately?

If the answer is "open a ticket and wait for a log file," that's not fixing — that's hoping.

#### In practice, this looks like

- You're maintaining 2–4 separate packages of the same application for different platforms.
- A legacy app is quietly blocking your next OS migration.
- Intune shows "installed" — and your users are still opening a support ticket.
- One update means repackaging, retesting, and redeploying, all over again.

Four questions. Four pillars, each answering one of them. ↓

The full application management cycle

## Four questions, four answers

Every pain point in the assessment maps back to one of them — before delivery, during delivery, and after it's live. Together, they're the difference between an app that's installed and an app that actually works, on any Windows workspace.

Before delivery

### Discover

Powered by [Stratusphere UX](https://www.liquidware.com/stratusphere-ux)

"What do we have, who's using it, and where is the friction?"

Green in Intune ≠ working for users.

Deployment status tells you whether an app installed. It doesn't tell you whether it's slow, crashing, or unusable for the people running it. Discover gives you real digital experience data — per user, per device, per app — so you know what you need to ship, and where, before your users tell you.

During delivery

### Deliver

Powered by [FlexApp](https://www.liquidware.com/flexapp)

"How do we deliver the app independent of image and platform?"

Stop packaging the same app five times.

Physical endpoints, AVD, Citrix, RDS, Cloud PC — layer once, deliver anywhere. FlexApp turns applications into independent, portable layers, decoupled from the OS and the platform, so every workspace gets the same app, delivered the same way. One layer. Any platform. No version drift.

After delivery, ongoing

### Control

Powered by [ProfileUnity](https://www.liquidware.com/profileunity)

"Who gets what, when, and under what conditions?"

Legacy apps don't have to hold your roadmap hostage.

When Group Policy Preferences disappear in a modern Intune environment, so does your control over drive mappings, printers, and shortcuts. ProfileUnity restores real-time control over user settings and policies — and layers legacy applications outside the OS, so they stay configured and compliant long after go-live, without blocking your next migration.

After delivery, when it breaks

### Fix

Powered by [CommandCTRL](https://www.liquidware.com/commandctrl)

"What's happening right now, and how do we intervene immediately?"

See what's happening on the endpoint — before it becomes a ticket.

A full remote session is slow to set up and disruptive, for what's usually a simple problem. CommandCTRL gives you live visibility into what's actually happening on an endpoint, plus remote remediation and system state playback — often enough to diagnose an issue on its own, and frequently enough to resolve it outright, without ever opening a ticket.

Self-assessment

## Where is application management really costing your team?

Why we built it this way

## One application strategy. Any Windows workspace.

> Packaging gets an app ready. Discover, Deliver, Control and Fix are what make it actually work — before, during, and long after go-live.
